We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Our web server collects your domain name and your e-mail address.

fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the
information we hold about you.

DELIVERY:
Please note: we only deliver our bouquets within the Wirral area using our own vehicles.
Bouquet images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to seasonal
variations of flowers available, bouquets will differ from those shown.
Orders placed before 1 pm can be delivered on the same day (excludes
Sundays and Bank Holidays. All orders for Saturday delivery must be
placed on or before 11 am. Please contact us on 0151 625 7711 to arrange
delivery.
RETURNS POLICY:
We hope you will be delighted with your Eden Floral Design products. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you may return them providing they are received by us within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be unused and unmarked. This does not affect your statutory rights. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please take care when unpacking and re packing. Please also note that you are responsible for taking care to ensure the items are returned in good condition and not damaged in transit.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers will have the form of payment credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Post and packaging costs are not refundable.
CANCELLATION:
Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone on 0151 625 7711, preferably 24 hours before the delivery date, we can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. If order has been delivered or made up you may be fully or in part charged.
